Okanagan Lake, British Columbia, Canada
Okanagan Lake is a large, deep lake in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. The lake is 135 km long, between 4 and 5 km wide, and has a surface area of 348 km². Okanagan Lake spans form Vernon, the northern most city on the lake to Penticton at the very south end of the lake.
There are 7 yacht clubs, 3 sailing associations and various water activity centres and marinas on Okanagan Lake. The yacht clubs and sailing associations are: The Vernon Yacht Club, Kelowna Yacht Club, West Kelowna Yacht Club, Peachland Yacht Club, Summerland Yacht Club, Penticton Yacht Club, Naramata Yacht Club, North Okanagan Sailing Association, Central Okanagan Sailing Association and South Okanagan Sailing Association.
